Chief Product Owner for SAP
who will be responsible for leading the product strategy and roadmap for SAP solutions within International. This is a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lisle.
Responsibilities
Oversee product development, aligning with business goals, and ensuring delivery of high-quality SAP products. Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for SAP solutions. Align product goals with overall business strategy, promoting innovation and actionable data. Define and implement standardized processes that promote efficiency, scalability, and cross-functional alignment throughout the product lifecycle. Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions. Create and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements within key business processes such as Order to Cash, Source to Pay, Record to Report, and Plan to Perform. Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, and post-launch support. Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to key stakeholders. Facilitate discussions to resolve conflict and ensure alignment. Understand the customer to ensure exceptional user experiences. Define and track key performance indicators to measure product success. Lead and mentor a team of product owners, developers, designers, and other stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation. Provide coaching, support, and professional development opportunities to team members, empowering them to achieve their full potential.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree. At least 11 years of technical project/program management and/or product owner experience. At least 6 years of management experience. OR Master's degree. At least 9 years of technical project/program management and/or product owner experience. At least 6 years of management experience. OR At least 14 years of technical project/program management and/or product owner experience. At least 6 years of management experience.
Additional Requirements
Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. International Motors does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status).
Desired Skills
Expert knowledge in the following SAP areas: Order to Cash, Source to Pay, Record to Report, and Plan to Perform. Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams. A collaborator who is able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus. Outstanding communication skills with the ability to appropriately communicate at all levels of the organization. Previous experience driving digital initiatives from concept to launch. Strategic thinking coupled with methodical execution. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience in steering Agile teams.
