Technical Support Representative
to join our dynamic remote team. In this pivotal role, you will provide exceptional technical assistance to our clients, ensuring smooth operation and satisfaction with our cutting-edge engineering solutions and software systems. You will be the first point of contact for technical inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve challenges efficiently. Your contributions will directly influence our client relationships and help maintain Nebulon Dynamics reputation as a trusted partner in the engineering industry. Key Responsibilities Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or chat, providing timely and accurate technical support for software and engineering solutions. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to our systems, offering step-by-step guidance or escalating when necessary. Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to resolve complex issues and implement long-term solutions. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions using our CRM and ticketing systems. Develop and update technical support documentation, FAQs, and user guides. Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues to minimize disruptions. Provide training and onboarding support to clients to enhance their understanding of our solutions. Stay updated on industry trends, software updates, and company products to deliver informed support. Required Qualifications Proven experience in a technical support or similar role, preferably in the engineering or technology sectors. Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and adapt to complex systems. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor. Proficiency in using CRM tools, ticketing systems, and remote support software. Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Preferred Skills & Certifications Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or equivalent. Familiarity with engineering software tools or platforms. Experience with cloud-based systems and cybersecurity best practices.
