With 10,600 employees, the Company's casino operations include approximately 15,300 slot machines, 580 table games, and 3,800 hotel rooms. Bally's also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas post the closure of the Tropicana.
Upon completion of the announced merger with The Queen Casino & Entertainment Inc. ("Queen"), the above portfolio is expected to be supplemented with four additional casinos across three states, one of which will be an additional state that expands Bally's jurisdiction of operations to include the state of Iowa. Queen will also add over 900 employees, and operations that currently include approximately 2,400 slot machines, 50 table games, and 150 hotel rooms to the Bally's portfolio. Bally's will also become the successor of Queen's significant economic stake in a global lottery management and services business through its investment in Intralot S.A. (ATSE: INLOT).
The Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced IT Systems Finance Leader to manage our Oracle Enterprise Planning Financials System and other finance reporting tools. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful Oracle (and adjacent) systems administration and/or database administration, system analysis, system optimization and team development. This person will be responsible for ensuring high levels of system availability, security, performance, and team management.
Responsibilities:
Act as first line support for Oracle Fusion users.
Support accounting controls activities for compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and all other legal or statutory requirements.
Manage access control and security policies.
Develop and maintain scripts to automate routine tasks and monitor system performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and outages.
Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity and recoverability.
Collaborate with IT system/Corporate Compliance partners to ensure appropriate security policies and access controls via security console.
Knowledge of identity provisioning and roles management, including but not limited to: roles definition, roles hierarchies, and roles registration to different levels of access within the Oracle ecosystem.
Collaborate with developers and other administrators to optimize system performance and resolve issues.
Plan and execute system upgrades and migrations and manage the overall Oracle services roadmap and support tickets process.
Create, maintain and update "canned" system reports and key control reports through appropriate approval flow.
Own hierarchy management and control through Oracle EDM tool for all connected platforms including alternate hierarchy views.
Maintain legal entity structure and attributions.
Ensure non-financial KPIs are connected into the gross dataset.
Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues.
Maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and policies.
Maintain legacy systems and tooling as necessary for compliance and control purposes.
Support end users across the global organization.
Continuous improvement and relentless support of any initiatives intended to drive efficiency.
Ownership of change management in respect of finance systems.
Skills:
Oracle administrative experience in Fusion, EPM, and related products.
Data integration experience from source platforms.
Business rule acumen and associated loads.
Process and detail oriented.
Financial knowledge applicable to transactional accounting, reporting, and company structure.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accounting Information Systems, Accounting/Finance, or related field or experience.
Minimum of 8+ years of experience with Oracle or like combination of IT finance systems.
Expert knowledge of Oracle database software, including installation, configuration, and administration.
Experience with Oracle middleware, including WebLogic Server and Oracle Forms and Reports.
Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Cloud Control, and Oracle Enterprise Manager.
Strong understanding of database design principles, data modeling, and normalization.
Strong understanding of Sarbanes Oxley control environment.
Finance background is a plus.

Target Salary Range:
$150,000- $170,000 Annual Salary.
