The role

Head of Operations is a senior role in the US T&Pm leadership team and reports directly to the US CEO. The successful candidate will have extensive experience of agency operations and understand all disciplines, functions and roles within the agency mix. As T&Pm continues to win new business and grow in the US, we are getting ready to build multiple studios across multiple sites. To maximise this opportunity we require the operational infrastructure to ensure each model agency is set-up for success and, critically, is able to stay ahead through a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Key responsibilities

Design, lead and implement business operations, drawing on all capabilities of the organization, to accelerate agency growth and successfully embed new business win. Establish new ways of working/agency processes that are replicable, scalable and can be implemented across our multiple agency models. Lead our AI proposition and ensure it is significantly disrupting our workflows to deliver on the agency's promise of being AI first. Understand and implement agile working methodologies to ensure our agency models are operationally efficient and able to grow at the pace our clients demand. Educate our people to ensure that everyone at T&Pm understands our tools, processes and ways of working. Implement and standardize work management systems such as briefing, pricing, project/resource management, time management and reporting, ensuring these systems allow T&Pm to forecast profitability and resource utilisation in real time. Contribute to our business strategy and plan for growth, including designing and developing new capabilities and integration with existing capabilities, automation, systems and technology to support our business success. Work alongside the agency's leadership team to ensure our structure is operationally efficient to service our clients. Ensure utilisation across clients is being reviewed and acted upon appropriately. Educate teams on operational excellence and expand agency capabilities. The pay range for this role is $225-$250K. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local cost of labor. Salary is subject to change based on factors such as geographic location and cost of living in location of hire.
