Position Overview

The Groves Rehab & Healthcare is seeking an experienced, energetic, professional, well-versed Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our amazing Human Resources team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the Full-Cycle recruitment process, generating applicant, interviewing, and onboarding. More importantly, Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for coordinating staff appreciation events via our retention budget.

Essential Job Functions

Execute recruiting strategies to source candidates (referrals, networking, internet, website, postings, etc.), interview candidates (by phone or in person) and appropriately qualify and pre-screen candidates before onboarding. Collaborate with scheduling team to ensure smooth transition and retention. Generate robust and diverse candidate pools for open requisitions, engaging in aggressive, creative and productive data-backed sourcing activities. Actively updates applicant tracking systems to ensure they keep up with status changes for candidates throughout the Talent Acquisition process. Coordinate weekly appreciation activities and team building moments for the team. Notify staff via calendar and poster of events and company information. Acts as a brand ambassador to internal and external talent to promote The Groves as the employer of choice. Provide hands on support to the HR functional team and business. Other duties as assigned. Requirements

Minimum of 1-3 years relevant Full-Cycle Recruiting experience; prior manufacturing/distribution recruiting is a plus. Experience in developing recruitment strategy. Proven ability to work in a productivity-focused environment and deliver consistent results with urgency. Exceptional interviewing and people assessment capabilities. Natural self-starter, decisive, high energy and can-do attitude with strong time management skills. Able to work independently as well as collaborating with a team.
