Capital Integration Systems LLC (New York, NY) seeks Head of Sales & Service Technology with bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related and six (6) years of experience as a vice president, technical lead, technical associate, software developer, software engineer or related. Lead a team of engineers responsible for further developing our Sales and Service technology and promulgating Salesforce and Tableau/BI as essential parts of our business model. Work cross-functionally with business leaders across sales, marketing, operations, and firm strategy to understand needs and drive efficiency, customization, and enhanced reporting capabilities across the firm. Lead the engineers, processes, and technology that honor high standards of quality and enable our platform to scale. Build a comprehensive business intelligence program for better business decisions as part of BI initiative with effective data visualizations and infographics using Einstein analytics, Tableau, Postgres, Snowflake/RDBMS, AWS, Python and Salesforce. Execute prospecting, focused communication, meeting optimization, pipeline management, relationship management and insights engine technology features part of CRM initiatives using Salesforce APEX, LWC, APIs, Google Analytics, and data extraction and loading technologies. Solve business problems with machine learning, including libraries like sklearn, matplotlib, pandas, and numpy. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers within asset management to expand their technical expertise around quality, scalability, and performance. Facilitate collaboration with engineering teams, data scientists, product owners, and stakeholders to solve challenging technology projects. Contribute technical expertise and skills to projects. Work closely with the recruitment team to hire and onboard new engineers. Deliver processes that facilitate quality and efficiency while meeting our engineering SLAs. Up to 80% telecommuting permitted. Must have work experience in each of the following: 1) build a comprehensive business intelligence program for better business decisions as part of BI initiative with effective data visualizations and infographics using Einstein analytics, Tableau, Postgres, AWS, Python and Salesforce; 2) execute prospecting, focused communication, meeting optimization, pipeline management, relationship management and insights engine technology features part of CRM initiatives using Salesforce APEX, LWC, APIs, Google Analytics, and data extraction and loading technologies; 3) solve business problems with machine learning, including libraries like sklearn, matplotlib, pandas, and numpy; 4) experience with interaction design principles, accessibility standards, design guideline development, and journey mapping in CRM and BI solutions; and 5) lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers to expand their technical expertise around quality, scalability, and performance.
