Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced
SAP EAM Consultant
to support the implementation, enhancement, or support of SAP EAM solutions for our organization. The consultant will leverage their expertise to ensure efficient asset management, reliability, and compliance with organizational goals. This is a contract role for a defined period with potential extension based on project needs.
Responsibilities: Lead the configuration and implementation of SAP EAM solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Provide technical and functional expertise for modules such as Plant Maintenance (PM), Work Order Management, and Asset Management. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Integrate SAP EAM with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, FICO) and third-party systems. Conduct system testing, data migration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Deliver end-user training and provide post-implementation support. Troubleshoot issues and provide resolutions for SAP EAM-related problems. Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies in all aspects of asset management. Develop technical documentation, including functional designs and user manuals. Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum [5-7] years of hands-on experience in SAP EAM or SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module. Technical Skills:
Expertise in SAP PM module configuration, including notifications, work orders, maintenance plans, and asset structures. Proficient in integration with SAP modules such as MM, FICO, and PS. Knowledge of master data management and EAM processes. Ability to perform data migration and use tools like LSMW or SAP Data Services.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Excellent communication skills to interact with technical teams and business stakeholders. Certification in SAP EAM or related modules (preferred). Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation for EAM. Industry experience in utilities, manufacturing, oil & gas, or transportation. Familiarity with IoT and predictive maintenance integration. Prior experience working in an agile project environment.
