The Role: We are seeking a visionary Co-Founder / Equity Partner to join our team and take RealFitz to the next level. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong background in fundraising, venture capital, or strategic partnerships. As a co-founder, you will play a pivotal role in driving investment, securing funding, and shaping the future of the business while sharing in its success through equity. Responsibilities: Fundraising & Investment: Lead efforts to raise seed and subsequent funding rounds, leveraging your network and expertise. Strategic Vision: Collaborate on company strategy, focusing on growth, scalability, and monetization. Investor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential investors, venture capitalists, and angel investors. Business Development: Identify and execute strategic partnerships to enhance RealFitz’s market presence. Pitch Development: Craft compelling investor pitch decks, business plans, and financial models. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the founding team to align on company goals and deliverables. Qualifications: Proven track record of raising funds for startups, particularly in the fitness, health, or SaaS industries. Strong network in the San Francisco startup and venture capital ecosystem. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively. Experience in building and scaling startups is highly preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Passion for fitness, health, and innovative technologies.
