Coffer Group, LLC is looking for an IT Support Specialist who will be a point of contact for a variety of clients, helping them solve technical problems quickly and efficiently. It's a fast-paced, hands-on job for someone who loves learning new technologies and thrives on helping make others' work lives easier. This is a hybrid opportunity in the Bay Area of California.
We’ll Provide:

Salary range of $80,000-$109,000
Hybrid work split between client sites and remotely at home
Support/mentorship from supervisors and other team members

What You’ll Do: Troubleshoot laptops and network connections
Set up new devices
Support employees in-person and online
Manage IT projects
Provide excellent customer service
Skills You’ll Need: Valid license and reliable transportation - This specific position should be comfortable traveling to Menlo Park/Palo Alto, as well as occasionally other destinations between San Mateo and Sunnyvale
Minimum 4 years IT industry experience in a corporate environment supporting end users
Familiarity with tools: Autotask, Connectwise RMM, Auvik, Addigy
Experience with Office 365, Crowdstrike, KnowBe4, Meraki, Palo Alto, Intune, SharePoint, Okta
Excellent understanding of managing Windows systems
Excellent understanding of managing and using SaaS apps
A strong understanding of connecting computers to networks, especially over wifi and VPN management of mobile devices (iPhone/Android) in a corporate environment
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on being clear, concise, and friendly
Ability to lift 50+ lbs computer equipment and hardware, climb ladders, and use hand tools where necessary
