Job Summary
Modern boutique dental office in downtown Culver City seeking a full-time front desk receptionist + treatment and insurance coordinator to join our team. This position requires great attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient care and experience. The ideal candidate would have a great personality, drive to learn more, grow, and be a team player. We are a paperless office, PPO only, General dental office and use Eaglesoft.

Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Assist with data entry and record keeping
Coordinate projects and tasks as assigned
Provide general administrative support to staff - put together treatment plan and present to patients
Go over and collect copays
Look up detailed insurance verifications
Maintain hygiene schedule
Ability to multitask and self-govern

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience as a dental front desk receptionist or in a similar role preferred
Proficient in using phone systems, filing systems, and office equipment
Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
Knowledge of dental software - Eaglesoft is a plus!
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Computer literacy / comfortable in a paperless office
Strong verbal and written communication skills
