Job Description
AECOM is seeking a Project Manager to be based in Orange, CA.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies. Provides management and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, and acts as a primary liaison between AECOM and client interface. Oversees and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors. Responsible for administering the project from budgeting/schedule stage through procurement and contract closeout. Position has significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned project. Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or other Engineering discipline + 8 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. Preferred Qualifications: Professional Engineer license and ability to obtain California PE within twelve months if not currently registered in California. Ability to proactively communicate and lead department staff. Minimum of 12 years of experience which reflects a progressively increasing level of leadership and responsibility. Experience with business development and client relations. Project management experience leading small to medium sized highway projects; well-versed in all aspects of project development. Excellent written and oral communications skills. Additional Information:
