Strategic management and operational execution of D2T (Trade) and D2C (Consumer) global omni-channel business, including e-commerce and 60+ brick and mortar showrooms in the US and abroad. This leadership role is pivotal in aligning multi-channel sales strategies with customer-centric operational processes to enhance customer satisfaction, streamline operations, and continue to scale the business. Leads cross-functional teams, collaborates with marketing and technology partners, and ensures efficient execution of sales initiatives across digital and physical touchpoints.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership and Planning
Spearhead financial planning and analytics for the Direct division – P&L management, dashboards and reporting, budgeting process, BOD level financial review, expense management, and ROI analyses for various strategic initiatives.
Lead operations expansion in Europe and Asia.
Develop and implement a comprehensive operations strategy to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Set and monitor performance KPIs for all channels, focusing on growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Create a vision and roadmap for the operations function(s), continuously improving processes and tools.
Operational Management and Optimization
Oversee end-to-end operations for online and offline sales channels, including but not limited to inventory management, order fulfillment, logistics, and customer service.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the customer experience.
Ensure operational consistency across channels, creating a seamless customer experience.
Manage pipeline and forecasting accuracy, providing insights and recommendations to adjust sales strategies as needed.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the sales process, implementing solutions to enhance productivity.
Performance Management and Analytics
Develop, track, and report on KPIs and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of the sales organization.
Implement data-driven decision-making by providing actionable insights through analytics, sales dashboards, and reports.
Conduct regular performance reviews, providing recommendations to improve individual and team performance.
CRM and Technology Management
Oversee the management of CRM and other sales technology platforms to ensure effective use and alignment with sales processes.
Collaborate with IT to implement new tools and optimize existing technology for data accuracy and ease of use.
Drive adoption of technology and tools, providing training and support to maximize value from systems.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Build and lead a high-performing sales operations team, fostering a collaborative, results-driven environment.
Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and other departments to align goals, resources, and processes.
Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, acting as a strategic partner in driving growth.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Operations, or a related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of experience in operations management, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role, preferably in omni-channel retail or to-the-trade business.
Proven track record of implementing sales operations strategies that drive revenue growth and improve sales effectiveness.
Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM software (e.g., D365), sales analytics, and forecasting tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
High level of financial and business acumen.
Ability to challenge the status quo by making solid data driven business decisions.
Ability to see situations from different points of view.

Compensation Range: $220,000 - $260,000
