Ready to Lead and Shape the Future of Wealth Management?
We’ve partnered with a highly respected wealth management firm both nationally and locally, deeply embedded in the community, to find a
Senior Wealth Advisor
to join their growing family office team. This isn’t just another wealth advisor role; it’s a unique opportunity to step into a leadership position with the
potential to inherit a substantial book of business from day one.
You’ll serve as the quarterback, leading the charge in managing complex wealth strategies for ultra-high-net-worth clients while being supported by a collaborative, expert team. Why This Role Stands Out: This opportunity offers more than just managing wealth—it’s about driving growth and delivering exceptional client experiences.
You’ll have direct access to a portfolio of high-net-worth clients and be at the forefront of succession planning as senior advisors transition out.
Supported by a deep bench of tax, legal, and investment professionals, you can focus on building relationships, expanding your expertise, and making a lasting impact. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary relationship manager for ultra-high-net-worth clients, providing tailored financial planning and wealth management strategies. Lead clients through complex planning, including estate, gift, and trust planning, while collaborating with their attorneys and other advisors to implement comprehensive solutions. Manage and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring ongoing confidence and retention by meeting their financial goals. Provide expert guidance on areas such as retirement planning, insurance, business planning, education funding, and tax strategies. Collaborate with a team of professionals across investment management, tax, and financial planning to deliver holistic advice. Participate in building new client relationships and expanding the firm’s reach through strategic partnerships. Mentor and educate junior team members, sharing knowledge on complex financial planning topics, tax strategies, and client relationship development. What We’re Looking For: 7-10+ years of experience in financial planning, accounting, legal, or related fields, with a proven track record in wealth management. Certified Financial Planner (CFP) required; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a plus. Expertise in complex planning strategies and solutions for high-net-worth individuals. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and collaborate within a team while driving results. Deep knowledge of investment products, macroeconomics, and tax strategies to meet client goals. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify highly technical concepts for clients. A passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and growing a book of business. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary
($150,000 to $185,000)
based on experience, with significant bonus potential. Target bonus up to 30% of base salary, with the flexibility to exceed target based on performance. Additional bonus for bringing in new clients (25% of first-year fees and 10% trailing fees). Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and more. Opportunities for growth and succession planning, with potential to inherit a substantial book of business as senior advisors retire. About District Partners: District Partners has been engaged to lead this search, bringing our innovative approach to match top talent with game-changing opportunities. If you're ready to take your career to the next level, this could be the perfect fit.
