Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Operations to lead our manufacturing operations in the Americas Region. As VP of Operations, you will play a critical role in overseeing the entire manufacturing process across multiple factories in
North and South America
, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance. An important part of this role is to lead all supply and demand chain activities importing products from overseas factories. Your strategic mindset, leadership abilities, and broad business knowledge will be essential in driving our operations forward. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic direction and leadership for all Industrial Operations in the Americas Region. Manage the manufacturing operations of industrial bearing factories in North and South America. Challenge the status quo and identify areas to improve manufacturing processes and plant capacity optimization across the region. Develop and drive an efficient demand and supply chain operation, optimizing inventories and service towards market demands. Oversee transformational and capital expenditure process and budgeting, driving efficient resource allocation. Establish critical KPI’s, monitor progress and keep key stakeholders informed of progress. Drive process excellence in every step of the operational functions. Identify areas to leverage and implement technology and automation solutions. Champion the “safety first” mindset and instill a culture of safety throughout the organization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. MBA preferred. Minimum of 15+ years of progressive experience, including 7-10 years of leadership experience in key operations roles, with a focus on supply chain and manufacturing. Proven track record of driving operational transformation initiatives. Strategic thinker, with a strong financial acumen and experience in budget management, cost optimization and financial analysis. Leadership strength in building, inspiring and motivating teams to achieve targeted results. Comfortable working in a fast paced, global, matrix organization.
