The IT organization is looking for an IT Program Manager. The IT Program Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating large programs and projects within the Global IT Organization. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to ensure that all aspects of IT programs are executed smoothly, align with organizational goals, and meet stakeholder expectations. The IT Program Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project delivery, manager resources, and optimize processes for efficiency and effectiveness. Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple IT programs and projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Develop program strategies and roadmaps, defining clear goals, milestones, objectives and positive outcomes for IT key programs and projects. Foster collaboration by acting as the connective tissue between teams, ensuring alignment across IT teams, IT customers and partners in order to delivery seamless outcomes. Coordinate cross-functional teams, facilitating communication and collaboration among stakeholders. Establish clear roles and responsibilities and metrics for success across programs, using tools such as JIRA/Confluence to track and communicate progress transparently. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure timely delivery. Prepare and present project updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to senior management. Use data to drive insight and success by making sure results are measurable. Ensure adherence to best practices in project management methodologies and tools Manage programs budgets, resources, and timeline ensuring cost-effective execution of each project. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and implementing lessons learned. Build relationships across the organization to motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and foster a culture of shared accountability and excellence. Requirements: Minimum of 5+ years of Program Manager experience Fluent in Mandarin Chinese highly desired Proven experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager in an IT environment Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Bachelors degreee in Computer Science or equivalent experience Must have strong written and verbal communication, organizational, detail-oriented, interpersonal and communication skills Able to multi-task, work independently and as a member of a team, interface with other branches of the organization, work effectively with diverse constituencies, and solve problems and make decisions while under pressure and time constraints
Annual base salary for this role in California, US is expected to be between $156,100 - $180,800. Actual pay will be determined on a number of factors such as relevant skills, experience and the pay of employees in the similar role.
