IT Service Desk Analyst
to join a biotech company located in
Boston, MA.
The role will be
on-site
5 days a week. The
IT Service Desk Analyst
will be responsible for performing Tier 1 incident and inventory management for all end user computing devices, workstations, and AV equipment.
Responsibilities of the IT Service Desk Analyst include: Answer all inbound incidents via the IT ticket system. Deploy and replace workstation equipment in cubicles and offices. Perform all Tier 1 defined responsibilities including application installations, network account creation and updates, and level 1 troubleshooting. Support AV equipment used for conferences and perform routine checks of workstations to ensure all equipment is in place and functioning. Qualifications for the IT Service Desk Analyst include:
3-5 years of service desk experience Strong usage and troubleshooting skills with the following technology platforms:
Windows 10 O365 Applications Azure tenant Active Directory Desktop/laptop computers, workstation equipment
Familiar with technology platforms (MacOS, iOS, Android, Linux, FreshService, SentinelOne, BeyondTrust, Zscaler, Automox, NinjaOne, uniFLOW) Experience with the following:
Imaging and joining computers to Active Directory Performing backup and restore of Windows user profiles Creating, modifying, and archiving network accounts
Compensation for the IT Service Desk Analyst includes:
Salary Range:
$25-30/hour (40 hours/week) Full Comprehensive Benefits : Cigna medical, dental, vision, 401k with ADP, etc. Sick leave as required by law
