As a Workplace Desktop Engineer, you will be part of the Infrastructure, Platforms and Services (IPS) team supporting continuous service improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Lead projects and continuous service improvements within the IPS areas. Provide exceptional customer service and professional communication with internal and external clients. Work on technical architecture, development, automation, and enterprise-wide projects. Manage and resolve incidents based on priority while monitoring daily ticket intake. Design, develop, and implement automation in a Microsoft Windows desktop environment. What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Windows Desktop and Active Directory/Group Policy administration. Advanced knowledge of endpoint security functions including patching, anti-virus, and encryption. Experience with M365 and Azure administration, including OneDrive, SharePoint, Office365, Teams, and Intune. Strong organizational skills with the ability to document processes and project plans.
