Position Summary

As the

DEI Manager

at DLR Group, you will play a key role, directly supporting the Global Leader of Equity, Diversity, and Belonging in the implementation of the firm's strategies to foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment, foster relationships within the AEC industry and academia to amplify our impact, and bring an equity lens to evolve our design processes. This position involves collaborating with various stakeholders, managing initiatives, and ensuring the DEI team's work is efficiently and effectively executed. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and entrepreneurial DEI leader to make a significant impact in a global organization and deliver results.

What you will do:

Provide guidance and support to employee resource groups and affinity networks, encouraging their active participation in promoting diversity and inclusion within the organization Collaborate with HR, leadership, and various teams to integrate DEI principles into recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, and career development processes Conduct training and workshops to raise awareness and enhance understanding of DEI issues, fostering a more inclusive and culturally competent workforce Develop communication strategies to raise awareness of DEI efforts and celebrate diversity achievements throughout the organization Help develop strategic relationships for recruiting and mentoring Act as a liaison with external organizations and communities to enhance partnerships and drive meaningful DEI initiatives in our broader community Develop and manage outreach strategy that includes relationship development, communications, and compliance Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of DEI initiatives, track progress toward goals, and identify areas for improvement, ensuring continuous enhancement of programs and strategies Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Social Sciences, or a related field A master's degree is a plus Proven work experience as a DEI Manager, Diversity Officer, or in a similar role, with a focus on implementing successful DEI strategies and programs In-depth knowledge of DEI principles, best practices, and emerging trends in diversity and inclusion Familiarity with applicable labor laws and regulations related to diversity, equity, and inclusion Strong data analysis and interpretation skills, with the ability to use metrics to drive decision-making and measure the impact of DEI initiatives Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels and build a culture of inclusivity Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders to champion DEI initiatives Sensitivity to cultural differences and a commitment to promoting equity and fairness in the workplace Passionate about advancing diversity and inclusion and creating a positive and supportive work environment for all employees Additional Preferred Skills + Characteristics

The suggested pay range for this position is:

Pay Range

$98,000-$140,000 USD
