Mid-Level UX Researcher
to join our team and help us improve our client’s digital products. This role will involve conducting quantitative user research studies, analyzing data, and generating actionable insights to enhance user experiences within the healthcare and insurance industry. Key Responsibilities: Conduct quantitative user research studies, including usability testing and surveys Develop and implement test plans, configure testing tools (e.g., UserZoom, UserTesting), and recruit participants Analyze quantitative data, identify key findings, and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations Prepare clear and concise reports, present findings to stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams Ideal Candidate: Strong analytical skills Experience with user research tools (UserZoom, UserTesting, etc.) Familiarity with the healthcare and insurance industry, especially Medicare Self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills Attention to detail and a passion for data-driven insights The target hiring
compensation range for this role is $45.00 to $54.55 . Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in a 401k plan with company match.
