Finance Director
will act as a key financial advisor and strategic partner to business leadership, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and operational processes. This role requires a results-driven professional with deep financial expertise, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to foster collaboration across teams. Job Description Strategic Financial Liaison:
Serve as the primary financial partner for business leadership and stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations on financial, operational, and client matters. Budgeting and Forecasting:
Lead the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans for the business unit. Financial Analysis and Reporting:
Prepare, communicate, and analyze monthly and quarterly financial results, highlighting key drivers, risks, and opportunities to achieve strategic goals. Revenue and Accounting Oversight:
Partner with Corporate Accounting on revenue recognition, accounts receivable, accounts payable, audits, and general accounting activities. Pricing and Profitability Models:
Develop and refine pricing models to evaluate contract profitability and support business growth initiatives. Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate with leadership on critical projects, including M&A activities, recruitment efforts, and strategic initiatives. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; advanced credentials (CPA, CFA, MBA) preferred. 10+ years of progressive financial experience with a track record of success in complex finance organizations. Proven management experience leading teams of 4+ professionals. Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles and revenue recognition compliance. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior leadership and drive strategic initiatives.
