We are seeking a highly motivated Azure Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) based in San Francisco, with a focus on Azure solutions and a passion for working with Digital Natives and Startups. In this role, you will work directly with some of the most ambitious and innovative companies in Silicon Valley's tech scene. You'll be helping these companies leverage cutting-edge technologies to transform their businesses, with a heavy focus on Generative AI workloads, open-source platforms, and scalable cloud solutions. As an Azure CSA, Digital Natives, you will have the unique opportunity to influence the success of companies that are driving the future of technology. You will work with a diverse range of clients, from emerging startups to established digital-native leaders, providing them with the expertise and support they need to thrive in a competitive market. Your role will involve not only technical guidance but also strategic insights to help these companies achieve their goals and maximize their potential. You will be part of a dynamic environment that embraces open-source solutions, supports hyper-growth scaling challenges, and values creative, innovative approaches. Working side by side with the brightest minds in Silicon Valley, you'll collaborate to leverage Azure's powerful technologies, including AI and machine learning, to fuel their growth and success. This role supports a fully remote work environment with 0-25% customer travel. By applying to this U.S. based position, relocation is not provided for the role. Responsibilities
Drive Customer Value Lead in-depth technical architecture discussions with key client stakeholders, including senior executives, architects, IT management, and developers to drive customer value. Customer Centricity Customer Usage: Lead architecture design, resiliency reviews, and technical optimization that result in production deployment application and increase customer business value. Customer Satisfaction: Drive positive Customer Satisfaction. Customer/Partner Insights: Provide feedback & insights from customers/partners. Business Impact: Develop opportunities to drive Customer Success business results & help Customers get value from their Microsoft investments. Resolution of Customer Blockers: Identify resolutions to Customer blockers by leveraging Solution Architect subject matter expertise.
Technical Leadership Learn It All: Commit to continuous learning by aligning individual skills to team and area demands, as well as Customer Success goals. Accelerate customer outcomes: Share expertise, contribute to IP creation & re-use to accelerate customer outcomes. Drive Consumption: Leverage repeatable value-based deliverables to drive customer outcomes. Architecture Design and Deployment: Receive and synthesize data about customer/partner business and technical requirements, address them with technical architecture(s), demonstrate and prove those solutions capability and business value through design collaboration sessions with the customer/partner. Trusted Advisor: Understand the competitor's architecture solutions and identify Microsoft's strengths over competitive solutions to drive conversations with customers/partners and convince them of solution.
