About the Role We are looking for an experienced and strategic leader to take on the role of Head of Clinical Operations. This position is vital for overseeing the operational aspects of our provider strategy and ensuring exceptional provider experiences. You will play a crucial role in cross-functional collaboration, driving initiatives to completion, fostering a culture of excellence, and developing scalable processes that enhance provider satisfaction and efficiency. What You’ll Do You’ll serve as the core manager for insurance team, clinical operations managers, provider success associates (total of 5 direct reports) Feel comfortable picking up projects halfway from your team, negotiate with product and engineering for resources and get them over the finish line Effectively convey your teams progress, growth, and challenges to the core leadership team Communicate project updates to the rest of your team to strike a balance between pushing projects forward and giving your team ownership Every day is different: you are responsible for meeting your team where they’re at, identifying the highest priority, and doing what needs to be done to finish the project You manage the recruitment process for our provider team and can work collaboratively with our recruiters to optimize this process You’re creative and excited about building a more robust product for our patients and embrace the new initiatives of your team member Who You Are An adept problem-solver who can navigate complex issues involving multiple stakeholders Data-oriented, with a capability to leverage analytics for strategic decision-making Clinical experience is not needed: Project management and leadership experience is a must Your head is on the ground, working in the weeds with your team, not in the clouds You’re comfortable with SQL and Tableau You feel comfortable navigating complex relationships with a very large provider team Nice to Have Startup experience Company Paid Life Insurance 401k with Company matching 24 days of PTO and 14 paid company holidays The estimated salary for this role is between $175,000/year and $225,000/year #LI-BC1 #LI-Onsite Apply for this job
