Role Overview: The Mobile Data Layer Lead PM role in Field Service will lead the Field Service mobile efforts to expand the data and offline capabilities including offline AI for the Field Service Mobile app. This role will oversee 3 scrum teams (1 mobile, and 2 core/off-core teams) and lead the data layer of the Field Service mobile app. Responsibilities: Driving our next generation priming project which expands the speed and scale in which the app can prime data for offline use. Enable offline SLM models to power offline AI experiences. Expand offline draft queue and enhancements for data uploading. Lead our Data SDK efforts. Lead the relationship with Salesforce Platform teams for key components like the Lightning SDK, Mobile Builder, and Briefcase Builder. Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience leading a mobile software product. Platform/data layer experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A related technical degree required. Preferred Qualifications: Development experience with mobile technologies (Swift/Objective-C, Java).
