POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled PAC Business Partner to oversee day-to-day HR operations, drive key initiatives, and support organizational goals through effective HR management.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and manage daily HR operations, including policy guidance, employee relations, and compliance.

Partner with management to align HR practices with organizational strategies and objectives.

Oversee recruitment processes, including collaborating with hiring managers, screening candidates, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience.

Manage employee onboarding and coordinate training and development programs.

Develop and implement process improvements across HR functions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Support management with employee performance reviews and assist in creating performance improvement plans.

Ensure organizational compliance with federal, state, and local HR laws and regulations.

Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.

REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on management and process improvement.

Proven expertise in HR principles and practices, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze data and drive strategic HR initiatives.

COMPENSATION

Ocean Conservancy is committed to equity in its pay practices and posts expected salary ranges for each of its positions. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s specialty skills, years of experience, location, and unique background. The expected salary range is $72,035 to $105,878. We would welcome the opportunity to connect with potential candidates whose salary requirements may be outside of the expected range.

Compensation: $95,000-$120,000 per year
