Responsibilities: Lead Agile Ceremonies : Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos) across multiple high-visibility initiatives to ensure effective collaboration and alignment. Jira Administration : Manage Jira boards, workflows, and reporting to track team progress and ensure transparency, supporting data-driven decision-making. Program Management : Oversee and manage end-to-end project execution, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to meet deadlines and ensure alignment with business goals. Stakeholder Communication : Serve as a primary point of contact for cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including engineering, product, and business leads, to provide clear updates, manage expectations, and escalate issues when necessary. Team Collaboration and Coaching : Mentor and coach team members and stakeholders on Agile/Scrum best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Metric Tracking and Reporting : Utilize Jira and other tools to track key metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.), ensuring visibility into project status and identifying opportunities for optimization. Risk and Issue Management : Identify, document, and address risks or blockers, making recommendations for solutions to maintain project momentum. Process Improvement : Continuously assess and refine Agile practices and tools to improve team efficiency and project outcomes. Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Scrum Master, or related role in a software development or technical environment. Proven track record managing high-impact initiatives and driving projects to completion. Expert knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices. Proficiency in Jira for task management, reporting, and metrics tracking. Familiarity with other Agile tools (e.g., Confluence, Trello) is a plus. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects and adapt to changing priorities. Experience working with diverse, cross-functional teams and balancing varying needs and priorities. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Startup experience Experience with Enterprise SaaS Products Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar Agile certification is preferred.
