.NET Programmer Analyst 3

Job Description We are currently seeking a .NET Programmer Analyst 3 for a full-time Hybrid opportunity in Richmond, VA . As a .NET Programmer Analyst 3, you will design, develop, and maintain software applications using .NET technologies. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs. MUST BE LOCATED IN RICHMOND, VA MUST BE WILLING TO WORK 3 DAYS ONSITE Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements. Analyze and improve existing software systems. Develop technical specifications and architecture. Write clean, scalable, and efficient code. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues. Conduct unit testing and support system testing. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a .NET Programmer Analyst or similar role. At least 5 years of experience in each of the following: Programming in C# .NET Framework and .NET Core MVC and WebForms applications Web services Windows Service development JavaScript, including JQuery or other JavaScript libraries HTML and CSS Mobile and responsive design practices Working with Microsoft SQL Server databases Transact SQL language Git SCM Jira and Azure DevOps Knowledge of application security. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate) is a plus.
