Full Stack PHP Developer

Momar is looking for a Full Stack PHP Developer Momar, Inc., a privately owned specialty chemical manufacturing company based in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Full Stack PHP Developer to join the Momar family. Reporting to the Chief Information Technology Officer, the Full Stack Developer is responsible for delivering innovative technology solutions through our Haystack Development Projects and the company's career website. Duties/Responsibilities: Oversee and manage development projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Lead and manage off-shore Development Team, fostering collaboration and enhancing team performance. Maintain and enhance all custom applications and technology stacks, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning optimally. Utilize PHP, Laravel, and React to build and maintain robust web applications. Maintain proper code documentation. Develop and manage WordPress sites, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. Design and implement APIs to support various applications and integrations. Contribute to the development and maintenance of mobile applications, ensuring seamless user experiences across platforms. Assist the Sales and Marketing teams in managing online assets, enhancing digital presence, and optimizing user engagement. Utilize Google Analytics to track performance metrics and support ad campaigns, providing insights for continuous improvement. Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent project management skills and ability to lead a team effectively. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, technical staff, and vendors. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications in web development or software development (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Google) are a plus. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role. Proven track record of developing and maintaining web applications using PHP, Laravel, and React and relational database applications such as Microsoft SQL, MySQL, and PostgreSQL Experience with WordPress development and management. Hands-on experience in API development and integration. Familiarity with mobile app development processes and technologies. Experience working with Google Analytics and digital marketing tools. Experience working with task management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, etc. Competent with using and deploying from source control platforms (Git and TFS) and DevOps (Azure). Experience with core business processes such as finance, distribution, and order management. Previous experience in project management and team leadership is preferred. Physical Requirements: Ability to work at a computer for extended periods. Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients, both in-person and virtually. Occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds may be required (e.g., equipment or supplies). Ability to work in an office environment or remotely, with flexibility to adapt to various working conditions.
