INTERNSHIP FORMAT Remote: The format for this internship will be remote, meaning the intern will work virtually. Relocation and housing will not be provided. Remote work must be completed at a location based in the United States. However, interns who live in the Metro-Detroit area are preferred and are welcome to work out of the Stellantis Headquarters and Technology Center in Auburn Hills, Michigan or, occasionally, at various locations within the Metro-Detroit area alongside the social media team. INTERNSHIP OVERVIEW When: The internship program will run from May 19 - August 8, 2025. Where: All internships are in the United States. Even remote work assignments must be completed within the United States. Transportation: Interns are responsible for getting to and from work daily. Stellantis does not provide transportation to interns. An intern will experience personal growth and development by contributing to important projects with specific goals. The Social Media intern will provide support for the organization in the following areas: Write and edit social media posts for the Stellantis NA channels including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram Write and edit long-form blog posts for the Stellantis NA blog Write and edit scripts for video shoots, manage and select appropriate photography, assist and manage video projects Assist with video interviews Cover company events, including conducting interviews, taking photos and shooting/editing video Coordinate and support events, including employee events, manufacturing programs and media drive programs Coordinate competitive research projects STELLANTIS DOES NOT PROVIDE IMMIGRATION-RELATED SPONSORSHIP (e.g., H-1B, TN, STEM OPT, F-1, etc.) FOR THIS ROLE. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Pursuing an associate degree or higher from an accredited college or university. Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week during the internship. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Majoring in Marketing, Digital Media, Public Relations, Communication, or Journalism Completion of freshman year or higher at an accredited university by the spring of 2025 GPA of 3.0 or higher (based on a 4.0 scale) Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications Capable of working both independently and as part of a team Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various organizational levels and with external partners Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment Proven leadership in academic pursuits, extracurricular activities, or service organizations Strong interest in automotive and tech-mobility industry Strong organizational skills Detail-oriented Working knowledge of popular social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube Must have strong working knowledge of internet search tools to find requested information quickly, with minimum direction.
