Salesforce SDET role will be an integral part of Salesforce CRM team in Wealth Asset Management Engineering (WAME) organization which is part of Schwab Technology Services (STS). WAME provides technology services to provide operating leverage and scale to support Schwab Asset Management, Financial Research and Wealth & Advice Solutions Management organizations across the broader Schwab organization. CRM (Salesforce) team is seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer in Test who is passionate about test automation and building high quality systems. If you’re passionate about staying on top of new and emerging test and automation technologies, have a keen attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a solid knowledge base, this could be the role for you What you have Required Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or a related field 2-5 years of experience using Agile methodologies. 2-5 years of experience with test automation tools & frameworks such as Provar, Python, Selenium or REST Assured (or comparable framework) and associated reporting tools. Ability to develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for Salesforce applications using automated tools to ensure the quality of the application. Ability to define comprehensive test strategies, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. Build test plans, test cases and test data in accordance with project requirements to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce Product knowledge and practical testing experience with Sales & Service Cloud. Salesforce certification(s), such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Platform Developer I strongly preferred. 2-5 years of programming knowledge and experience in Object Oriented languages (Java or C#). Financial industry and/or asset management knowledge Ability to work independently and to effectively interact and collaborate with all types of stakeholders, both technical and business, peers, and management Ability to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions when tools don’t work.
