At CSG Talent, we have partnered with a leading multifamily real estate firm to find an Affordable Housing Compliance Specialist to join their dynamic team in Arizona. This hybrid remote position offers an exciting opportunity to support multifamily housing developments while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local housing regulations.

As an Affordable Housing Compliance Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing applicant and resident files, ensuring compliance with affordable housing requirements, and supporting property teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and verify documentation for initial move-ins and annual certifications.
  • Inspect certification packets for accuracy and compliance with housing regulations.
  • Manage digital resident files to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local laws.
  • Support lease-up activities for new properties.
  • Travel to properties (in-state and out-of-state) to assist property managers.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required; compliance experience is preferred but not required.
  • Understanding of Affordable Housing Programs (e.g., LIHTC, Section 8, HOME) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
