We are currently hiring for the role of Senior Marketing Manager.
The Senior Marketing Manager is a seasoned B2B marketer responsible for managing product marketing, event campaigns, in-store merchandising, and more to drive business objectives for Kele Companies’ Commercial Branches. This role requires a motivated individual with a strong grasp of B2B marketing, omni-channel strategies, value messaging, customer segmentation, and digital design & execution tools to deliver impactful, growth-oriented marketing programs.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Marketing Management:
- Lead all marketing initiatives from ideation to launch, ensuring deadlines are met from product promotions to events to value proposition elevation to in-store merchandising.
- Manage internal partner expectations and maintain clear communication, collaborate with other departments to streamline processes as needed.
- Uphold high standards across deliverables to ensure consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment.
- Design & craft content for compelling emails, social media posts, banners, landing pages, forms, print materials to support brand visibility and engagement.
- Ensure a consistent brand voice across all channels while tailoring messaging to fit platform-specific audiences.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign, program effectiveness, guiding adjustments as needed.
- Monitor core KPIs across channels, analyzing metrics to identify trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present performance reports to stakeholders, sharing insights and recommendations to inform strategic actions.
- Utilize cloud-based marketing tools to segment customers, build, deploy, & measure success of marketing initiatives.
- Evaluate and enhance workflows to improve productivity, reduce inefficiencies, and address process gaps.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, continuously applying new insights to optimize marketing performance.
- Advise Commercial Branch leadership on marketing strategies for profitable growth to meet business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, target audiences, and competitive positioning.
- Undergraduate/bachelor's degree and applicable certification(s)
- Minimum five years related work experience
- Working knowledge of MarTech (Salesforce, MailChimp) & Design Tools (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign)
- Ability to learn and use company software
- Strong business acumen
- Travel required approximately 20% - 40% of the time
