Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute operational strategies to meet company objectives at the Papa John's Franchise in Oxon Hill, MD, US.
2. Monitor and control financial performance, which includes budgeting and forecasting responsibilities.
3. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of employees to drive high performance levels and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Supervise inventory management and procurement processes to uphold optimal stock levels.
5. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

1. At least 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
2. Strong leadership and team-building skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Proficient in budget management and financial analysis.
5. Competencies: US Work Authorization, 18 years or older, Able to lift up to 35 lbs., Basic Computer Skills.
