Waldron Private Wealth (Waldron) is excited to fill a Talent Acquisition role. The Talent Acquisition Specialist partners closely with the Sr. Director - Human Resources and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and is responsible for developing, implementing, and refining a well-rounded recruitment strategy. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will assist in driving all full-cycle recruiting activities, including job postings, sourcing, engaging past applicants/prospects, conducting, and participating in hiring events, screening/interviewing, scheduling interviews, and delivering offer packages.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will assist in driving all full-cycle recruiting activities, including job postings, sourcing, engaging past applicants/prospects, conducting, and participating in hiring events, screening/interviewing, scheduling interviews, and delivering offer packages.
In this role, you will:
- Partner with the Sr. Director - Human Resources and hiring managers to continually identify new ways to attract and recruit talent in a proactive, efficient, and timely manner.
- Establish and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates to meet the organization's current and future hiring needs.
- Manage and enhance the full life cycle recruiting process for all levels of internal candidates; disposition candidates, schedule and conduct phone screens, schedule interviews with the hiring team, etc. May verify employment eligibility, issue offer packages, etc.
- Identify passive and active candidates to fill open requisitions using our internal applicant tracking system, job boards, social networking sites, sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, CFA/CFP job boards, etc. and passive candidate outreach. Positions to be filled range from Associates to Managing Directors.
- Present recommendations for selected candidates to hiring managers and direct them through the hiring process.
- Partner with external recruiters to progress senior level candidates proceed through the interview process in a timely fashion.
- Identify, organize, and participate in recruiting events such as career fairs (virtual/in-person), in office recruiting events, interview days at colleges/universities, onsite and offsite interviews, effectively branding the firm to attract top talent.
- Ensure a positive experience for internal and external candidates by providing status updates and information on the firm.
- Administer and interpret tests and assessments including, but not limited to, Predictive Index.
- Oversee and continually enhance Waldron's Internship Program.
- Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field required. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- A minimum of three (3) years of full cycle recruiting experience required; a minimum of five (5) years of experience preferred.
- Experience recruiting for financial positions highly preferred.
- Ability to work 20-30 hours/week depending on business need required.
