The Concessions Stand Lead is responsible leading and organizing the operations at assigned concession stand, bar and/or portable carts to deliver a safe and friendly atmosphere at that one location. The stand lead is responsible for inventory and product, but not ringing up product. The Lead understands the content of the menu and ensures the timely delivery of food. Food safety and sanitation guidelines must be followed, as well as the setup and breakdown of service areas. Key Areas of Responsibility Completes and follows up on steps of service to ensure utmost guest satisfaction. Understands and can describe menu offerings, packaging/presentation and pricing. Helps with inventory and product management for the stand. Ability to record inventory for various concessions locations accurately and timely including but not limited to before, during and after events and monthly inventory. Completes assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner. Supports concessions non-profit organizations and volunteers during events, and assists with food preparation when necessary. Ensures products are displayed and merchandised appropriately in their assigned locations throughout the event. Maintains service areas, employs good safety and sanitation practices, and adheres to company guidelines and house rules. Ensures proper control and handling of all inventory and equipment. Follows responsible alcohol service policies. Communicates guest issues to supervisors or managers. Ensure Point of Sale system is functioning properly and takin action to resolve difficulties when necessary. Maintains service areas, employs good safety and sanitation practices, and adheres to company guidelines and house rules. Ensures proper control and handling of all inventory and equipment. Follows responsible alcohol service policies. Communicates guest issues to supervisors or managers. Ensure Point of Sale system is functioning properly and takin action to resolve difficulties when necessary. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Stand for long periods of time and be able to actively engage physically with guests. Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. React with physical and mental alertness in emergency situations. Demonstrate physical stamina and agility required to be mobile for long periods throughout the day. Lift/move materials and equipment up to 50 pounds. Move from sitting to standing position easily and quickly. Job Requirements Must be at least 21 years of age Must have and maintain a valid Washington State MAST Class 12 Permit Must have and maintain a valid Washington State Food Handling Permit Apply to Levy today!
