Your Impact: Process Optimization: Conduct detailed studies to improve distribution center efficiency, focusing on food products and utility systems, while identifying opportunities to reduce bottlenecks. Visibility to manufacturing production and campus operations. Cost and Yield Improvement: Analyze distribution and production operations, using data-driven insights to recommend strategies for increasing yield and minimizing costs. Engineering Documentation: Review, update, and ensure technical documentation accurately reflects AS-BUILT plant systems for consistent and reliable reference. Start-Up and Commissioning: Provide hands-on support during the commissioning of new distribution center assets, troubleshooting and ensuring seamless integration into existing operations. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with maintenance, quality, and operations teams to drive engineering projects that align with overall production goals. Continuous Improvement: Participate in initiatives to optimize supply chain processes, leveraging new technologies and innovative engineering approaches. What You Bring: Education: Current enrollment in bachelor’s Mechanical or Industrial Engineering degree program with an anticipated graduation date of December 2025 or May 2026. GPA of 3.0+ preferred.
