Job Title: Electronic Assembly Technician Location: Milpitas, CA Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Electronic Assembly Technician to join our team in Milpitas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling and attaching hardware, such as caps, clamps, knobs, and switches, to assemblies. This role involves performing intermediate assembly tasks, including wiring servers and mechanical assembly, as well as conducting online go/no-go testing and inspection to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards. Key Responsibilities: Assemble and attach hardware (caps, clamps, knobs, switches) to assemblies. Perform intermediate assembly tasks, such as wiring servers and mechanical assembly. Conduct online go/no-go testing and inspection to ensure compliance with production specifications and standards. Set up a station with the correct documents and components per assembly drawing. Handle and install polarized/non-polarized components at designated locations on the product. Adjust or trim materials from components to achieve specified electrical requirements or dimensional characteristics. Assist in performing repair work as needed. Qualifications: Experience in electronic assembly and manufacturing environments. Ability to handle and install polarized/non-polarized components. Proficiency in setting up assembly stations with the correct documents and components. Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise adjustments or trimming of materials. Familiarity with ESD straps and electronic manufacturing standards. Shifts Available: Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Swing Shift: 2:00 PM - 11:30 PM Work Environment: Electronic manufacturing environment. Use of ESD straps required.
