This new role will report directly to the Pay-a-Person Product Management Director. This individual will be responsible for enhancing our data-driven strategy to illustrate how key initiatives will drive Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and ensure traceability throughout the product development lifecycle. In this role you will: Gather data and organize information about a specific problem/question, analyze data and come up with meaningful insights. Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations. Create clear and compelling presentations with exceptional strategic “storytelling” skills. Develop and implement a comprehensive program and project plans, keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the process. Establish metrics and mechanisms to monitor product progress and inform product roadmaps Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of the Zelle, Bill Pay, and Direct Pay products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans. Work with data and technology teams to build out sustainable and scalable reporting and analytics capability. Manage internal business, team management, and partner business routines Perform market research related to development and testing of services and products Influence companywide efforts to align and coordinate distribution channels, systems requirements, product introduction, marketing, training, and ongoing product and service management Collaborate with and influence stakeholders, subject matter experts, project managers, and experienced leaders Required Qualifications: 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: 3+ years of experience with/within a financial services organization Background and experience with Zelle or other payment capabilities Expert verbal, written and presentation skills; must be able to effectively communicate and broker agreements amongst diverse, differing, competing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities Strong Analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Strong understanding of emerging payments trends and payment rails Proven ability to influence, educate and advocate for an idea or vision and gain alignment. Ability to visualize, articulate, and solve problems. Comfortable working with a wide variety of corporate executives, channels, marketing, operations, and other business partners Exceptional organization, coordination, and time management skills High degree of comfort with data, analysis, metrics, and financials to identify opportunities or understand problems.
