Job Requirements

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Manager of Executive Advisory and Planning to lead Customer Advisory Boards (CABs), HRIT Councils, CHRO Roundtables, and other high-level customer engagement programs. Based in the Philadelphia area, this hybrid role requires up to 3 days per week in the Ambler headquarters. The role involves working with C-suite executives to build strong relationships, managing cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and sales teams, and developing reports and metrics. Up to 30% travel required for event execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, design, and execution of Customer Advisory Boards, HRIT Councils, and CHRO Roundtables.
  • Manage event logistics, both in-person and virtual, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for C-suite executives, gathering their feedback and relaying it to internal teams.
  • Build long-term relationships with senior executives and ensure their insights inform the company's strategic direction.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align messaging and event goals.
  • Collaborate with these teams to create relevant content and reports tailored to customer needs and objectives.
  • Manage additional customer-facing events, including industry conferences, summits, and webinars, ensuring Phenom's presence aligns with company goals.
  • Develop reporting systems to track event progress and outcomes, using tools like Excel, Power BI, or CRM software.
  • Handle all administrative support for executive programs, from attendee management to post-event communication.
  • Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer sentiment and event satisfaction.
  • Create and manage project plans and timelines, ensuring timely execution of events.
  • Lead post-event debriefs and refine processes based on feedback.
  • Develop high-quality briefings, reports, and presentations for C-suite leaders and internal stakeholders.
  • Deliver timely follow-up and ensure clear, consistent communication before and after events.


Qualifications
  • 4-5 years in event strategy, planning, and executive-level engagement, preferably with experience in Customer
  • Proven ability to work with C-suite executives and align cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and sales departments.
  • Experience with customer advocacy in SaaS, HR technology, or similar industries is preferred.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and executive-level communication skills.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools (Excel, BI Tools) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for tracking event metrics.
  • Experience with virtual and in-person event logistics, including managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Up to 30% travel is required for event execution and customer engagements.
