Position Overview
ReWomen is seeking a visionary Chief Investment Officer (CIO) to lead our investment strategy, secure funding, and ensure financial resources align with our mission. As a key executive leader, you will collaborate closely with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to optimize capital allocation, raise funding, and support projects that drive ReWomen’s growth and impact. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring the long-term financial sustainability of our organization as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Investment Strategy & Portfolio Management: Develop and execute investment strategies that align with ReWomen’s objectives, ensuring effective capital allocation and risk management.
  2. Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting to optimize performance and allocate resources effectively across all initiatives.
  3. Capital Raising: Strategically secure funding through investor relations, venture capital, and partnerships, ensuring the financial health of ReWomen’s ambitious projects.
  4. Risk Management & Compliance: Identify, evaluate, and mitigate investment risks while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.
  5. Executive Collaboration: Partner with the CFO to provide data-driven insights and recommendations, aligning investment decisions with organizational goals.
  6. Team Leadership & Development: Build and mentor a high-performing investment team to sustain ReWomen’s growth and mission.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA/CPA preferred).
  • Proven track record in senior investment roles, such as CIO or equivalent, with experience in financial growth, capital management, and portfolio optimization.
  • Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and investment strategy, with a focus on media, technology, or women-led initiatives.
  • Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills.
  • A passion for empowering women and driving impactful change.
