HR Talent Acquisition Specialist Join Our Team and Shape the Future Talent of Our Organization Job Description We are seeking a dynamic HR Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in recruiting, on-boarding, and a passion for talent development. This role offers a unique opportunity for professional growth, with the potential to expand into a generalist/business partner position. Responsibilities Recruiting: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top talent to meet the company's staffing needs. On-boarding: Develop and implement comprehensive on-boarding programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization. Employer Branding: Enhance the company's employer brand by maintaining a positive presence on social media, job boards, and other relevant platforms. HR Projects: Participate in and lead various HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and employee experience. Workforce Planning: Develop and implement strategic workforce plans to align with the company's goals and objectives. Candidate Pipeline: Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to ensure a steady flow of talent for future hiring needs. Vendor Management: Collaborate with external recruitment vendors to optimize sourcing strategies and hiring processes. Career Fairs: Attend career fairs and networking events to attract potential candidates and promote the company's brand. Networking: Establish and maintain relationships with local associations and educational institutes to expand the candidate pool. Requirements Proactive approach with a passion for continuous improvement. Not afraid to pickup the phone and seek those hidden gem candidates! Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition including recruiting, on-boarding, and talent development. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems - Experience with Paylocity is a bonus! Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
