Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the creation and submission of proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, ensuring compliance with specifications and deadlines.
- Gather content and develop proposals and presentations with attention to written and visual communication.
- Support prequalification efforts for local and state agencies (LEA).
- Work with upper management, project managers, and technical staff to develop relevant materials such as project descriptions and resumes for proposals and marketing materials.
- Assist in maintaining a library of project data, resumes, and other proposal materials.
- Provide ongoing administrative and coordination support for marketing, proposal development, and assist with business development efforts.
- Assist with special projects as required to support business development and marketing goals.

Requirements:
- Proficient in both written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, concise proposals.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to take accountability for deadlines and project deliverables, with a focus on timely and accurate results.
- Ability to create or coordinate visuals to support proposals, presentations, and other business documents.
Knowledge and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred. Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in proposal coordination, especially in the Architectural, Engineering, and Construction industry.
- State and municipal government experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and experience with proposal preparation tools. Familiarity with GovWin, ConstructConnect, and Vision software is a plus.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment such as printers, copiers, and keyboards.
- Able to push, pull, and place materials on level surfaces and overhead cabinets.
