The Interior Design Studio is responsible for interior spaces in our theme parks, resorts, and cruise lines. The scope of work will encompass the Interior Design portfolio of work from the annual IFP/Design Services/SQS projects.
You will report to the Executive Project Design & Delivery.
What You Will Do
Field work requests
Attend planning meetings and pre-planning for future work
Site walks and estimate design hours for projects
Manage tracking of projects & ID resources assigned
Will assist and coordinate with the Interior Design Studio Manager to resource designers for annual work, and perform interior design for some annual work directly
Required Qualifications & Skills
10 years of working knowledge and experience in interior design
Position requires strong organizational skills, and interior design experience in a variety of design (hospitality, restaurant, retail, etc.)
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge and experience in the practice of interior design
Demonstrated thoughtful design, artistic skills, and professional judgment in problem-solving
Demonstrated proficiency in CADD and digital illustration tools such as Creative Suite, Illustrator, and SketchUp
Preferred Qualifications
No professional licensure is required, but should be working towards passing NCIDQ exam for certification
Required Education
4 year degree from an accredited interior design program

The hiring range for this onsite position in Glendale, CA is $103,500.00 – $138,800.00 per year, which factors in various geographic regions. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
