Job Description

The Opportunity:

The Vice President of Global Delivery & Analytics is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of IT services and projects across a complex organization. This role will manage a team of 600+ outsourced resources supporting Business applications, infrastructure & Operations, and Digital functions. The VP will also lead Portfolio Management, budget planning and execution, Analytics, and Enterprise Architecture functions.

What Your Impact Will Be:

Delivery Management

  1. Manage the overall delivery of IT projects and services, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  2. Oversee the performance of outsourced resources and vendors, ensuring they deliver on their commitments.
  3. Develop and implement effective delivery methodologies and processes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  4. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and align IT solutions accordingly.

Portfolio & Program Management

  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive IT portfolio, including strategic initiatives, operational projects, and maintenance activities.
  2. Prioritize projects based on business value, resource availability, and strategic alignment.
  3. Manage the portfolio lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring that projects are executed effectively and deliver the desired outcomes.
  4. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues & provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.

Budget Planning and Execution

  1. Develop and manage the IT delivery budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and costs are controlled.
  2. Monitor and track budget performance, identifying and addressing any variances.
  3. Implement cost-saving initiatives and optimize resource utilization.

Team Leadership

  1. Lead and develop a high-performing team of 600+ outsourced resources.
  2. Provide mentorship, coaching, and career development opportunities for team members.
  3. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Vendor Management

  1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  2. Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
  3. Manage vendor performance, including monitoring service levels, addressing issues, and conducting regular reviews.
  4. Implement vendor risk management processes to mitigate potential risks.
  5. Oversee vendor onboarding and offboarding processes.

Data Analytics

  1. Lead the development and implementation of data analytics strategies to drive business insights and decision-making.
  2. Oversee the collection, integration, and analysis of data from various sources.
  3. Develop and maintain data quality standards and governance processes.
  4. Utilize data analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.

Enterprise Architecture

  1. Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, ensuring alignment with business strategy and IT capabilities.
  2. Identify and assess emerging technologies and their potential impact on the organization.
  3. Develop and implement technology standards and guidelines.
  4. Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define and prioritize technology initiatives.

Qualifications:

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred or equivalent years of experience.
  2. 15+ years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record of successful project execution.
  3. Experience managing large-scale, complex IT projects and programs.
  4. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, Data Analytics, business applications, and digital technologies.
  5. Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, build relationships, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  8. Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves.

Compensation:
$256,000-$256,000 per year
