Job Title: Assembler - Days and Swings Job Description We are seeking dedicated medical assemblers for our day and swing shifts. As a contract manufacturer of medical device tubing, you will be assembling various types of custom tubing using hand tools and microscopes. This role involves working in a cleanroom environment, and wearing a bunny suit to maintain product cleanliness. You will primarily be seated, though some tasks may require standing. Responsibilities Follow instructions and meet schedules and priorities. Ensure excellent attention to detail and work well within a team. Produce consistently high-quality results. Read and interpret manufacturing procedures, engineering drawings, and inspection procedures. Learn new equipment and processes quickly and demonstrate proficiency. Document material transfers, completion of manufacturing steps, and verification. Ensure processes and materials comply with quality system requirements. Essential Skills Mechanical aptitude and strong work ethic. Experience with hand tools such as cutters, tweezers, and razor blades. Proficiency in using microscopes. Ability to work in a cleanroom environment. Schedule Day Shift: Monday-Thursday 6 am-4:30 pm Swing Shift: Monday-Friday 4 pm-1:30 am Weekend Day Shift: Friday-Sunday 6 am-6 pm (work 36 hours but get paid for 40).
