Overview
Na Ali'i Consulting and Sales is seeking a Project Manager to support our Charleston, Infrastructure, Environmental, and Facilities Services (CHIEF) Line of Business. This individual will support senior leadership, multiple project teams, and the Business Development team to deliver high-quality service and contribute to business growth. Qualifications
The ideal candidate possesses expertise and experience in project management, especially within infrastructure and environmental services. Key qualifications include:
Education and Experience: This position requires at least five years of relevant experience. A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred. PMP, ITIL, or SAFe Agile experience or certification is preferred.
Location: This position reports to our Arlington, Virginia, office 3-5 days per week.
Clearance Requirements: Ability to obtain a Secret clearance is required. Must be a US Citizen.

Responsibilities

- Manage and support project teams across diverse infrastructure, environmental, technology, and facilities services projects. Tasks may include but are not limited to drafting and compiling Monthly Status Reports and Project Status Review briefs; drafting and reviewing client deliverables; analyzing data and developing visualizations and high-level presentations
- Oversee contract deliverables and ensure compliance with project requirements
- Draft and execute project setup plans to include, staffing plans, including verifying availability of facilities and space, and determine resource needs (e.g., subcontractors vs. consultants)
- Draft subcontract requirements and manage subcontractor processes, including approvals to proceed (ATP/NTP) and provisional rate management
- Build up project cost and pricing structures in alignment with financial requirements
- Conduct project planning activities, including kickoff meetings, risk management, scheduling, milestone tracking, and communication planning
- Manage project financials using the CostPoint Planning and Projects Modules, including budgeting, accruals, and client invoicing
- Engage in stakeholder management, including identifying and engaging key stakeholders and maintaining effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Define project scope, establish baselines, and manage scope changes
- Oversee quality management processes, including quality planning, assurance, and control
- Lead project budgeting, contract modifications, and employee time and expense tracking
- Support business development activities, such as recruiting key partners, planning partner communications, and identifying growth opportunities
- Collaborate with Executives, Senior Managers, Project Managers, and Shared Services to drive high-quality service delivery and promote effective project execution
- Engage clients and stakeholders regularly to gather performance feedback and ensure project alignment
- Continuously seek to improve processes, efficiency, and product delivery
Qualifications
The ideal candidate possesses expertise and experience in project management, especially within infrastructure and environmental services. Key qualifications include:
- Strong project management skills with experience leading teams. Experience with federal government or military technology focused projects is preferred.
- Proficiency in CostPoint Planning and Projects Modules for project financial management.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality deliverables.
- Ability to synthesize complex information and develop clear, actionable plans.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment and willingness to contribute across teams.
- Experience with stakeholder engagement, subcontractor management, and business development activities.
