This individual will bring a passion for technology, a strong technical skill set, and proven experience in support of all aspects of end user Virtual Desktop Infrastructure.

The proposed salary for this position is:
$71,600-$119,400 USD

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participate in all aspects of End User VDI; Application on-boarding, management of VDI pools and NEMCC.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance, solutions and develop standard operating procedures.
- Design, implement, and maintain virtual desktop infrastructures within IL4 -6.
- Troubleshoot and correct detected or reported system and network issues.
- Work closely with team members to maintain to gather requirements, build, and deploy or test Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) network enclaves, and virtual desktop pools.
Required Skills:
- Possess and maintain an active DoD Secret clearance to start; applicants may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Upgrade to Top Secret clearance required.
- Must be DoD 8570 IAT Level II certified. Some examples (CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC. Security+ CE. CND and SSCP)
- Experience addressing vulnerabilities and working with security tools such as Nessus Tenable and Acas.
- "Hands-on" experience and competency in VMware Horizon View, Vmware ThinApp, MS Windows 10 integration, PowerShell, or related scripting.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of cloud, networking, and enterprise architectures
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in DoD Navy networks preferred
- Ability to communicate within a structured, delivery-centric professional services team clearly and effectively
- Experience building and maintaining VDI environments as such as Azure Virtual Desktop, VMware Horizon, Amazon Workspace, Citrix or other platforms.
- Understanding of Cisco UCS platforms.
- Working knowledge of switches, firewalls and proxy servers a plus.
- Related Vmware certifications such as VCA, VCP, VCAP, or VCDX.
- Windows OS, Linux OS experience
- Windows Active Directory, ACAS, DNS, and STIG remediation experience.
- Basic understanding of hybrid cloud architectures and data integration needs.
- Must have good communication skills
- A degree in a technical discipline is preferred
