Job Description
The Sales Account Manager role will be to identify, plan, and manage proactive consultative opportunity pursuit operations in an account. This may involve entering into a new Line of Business (LOB) and / or pursuing consultative, business as usual opportunities leading to an enhanced perception of Bosch as a trusted advisor in the client organization. You will report to the Sales Head, North America. Your primary focus is to be the single point interface for client delivery assurance and business development within the assigned account scope.
Your primary responsibilities include:

Client Relationship Management: Managing relationships with C level and mid management level people in client organization.

Account Strategy: Taking new solutions to accounts within the account scope and provide feedback to Bosch delivery team about new solutions to be developed to strategically grow the account.

Business Development : Driving revenues within the assigned account scope. Pre-sales proposal support for new business development.

Delivery Assurance : Assuring the client of Bosch commitment and driving the delivery process by working collaboratively with the Delivery Managers and other business units.

Account Profitability: Working with delivery managers to ensure profitability at sale is adhered

Operational Excellence: Managing operational excellence at account level (e.g. Accounts receivables,pricing, Invoicing, DSO, CSAT, etc)
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
-
Bachelors Degree
-
5+ years experience in sales acquisition
-
2+ years managing customer accounts in the field of IT services
-
Handled management responsibilities including Project Management and /or Account Management
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Knowledge of Microsoft Technologies and the investment Microsoft is doing in its products and projects for its customers.

Must have experience in Solution sales
-
Technical leadership
Travel : 20% domestic travel
