The Opportunity:
CACI is looking for a Scrum Master to support our DoD customer to implement an enterprise IT service delivery model that provides consistent, secure, high-quality, and cost-effective services to enable mission success and improve end user experience across the customer environment. On this program, CACI will deliver capabilities and services to implement and operate an enterprise ITSM solution to enable the customer to transition focus from legacy IT systems.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team responsible for delivering working software products through the agile SAFe methodology.
Provide leadership to the team in achieving daily, iteration, and release goals and delivery objectives.
Implement, enforce, and continually improve Agile/Scrum principles/ practices.
Oversee projects from identification of requirements, analysis and design, development, end-user testing, deployment, and production support.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand up, backlog grooming and retrospectives.
Manage relationships with stakeholders and program leadership.
Collaborate with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
Assess team's Agile maturity and coach teams to higher levels of maturity.
Provide mentoring and training for the team on Agile processes, methods, and practices.
Proactively seek opportunities to use process improvement and re-engineering methodologies to facilitate improvements to team processes.
Identify and remove impediments to help protect the team from factors that could interfere with the team’s ability to deliver.
Requires minimum 3 days onsite in Chantilly, VA
Qualifications:
Required:
12+ years direct experience in leading agile teams, process/quality improvement, and change management (bachelor’s degree can be substituted for 5 years’ relevant experience).
Experience leading high performing agile software development teams.
Understanding of all elements of the software development life cycle
Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strong communication skills and work ethic; self-starter
Certified Scrum Master or Agile certification
DoD secret clearance
Desired:
Project Management experience
Experience supporting Federal government projects.
Experience with ServiceNow

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. $94,400 - $198,300
