Job Description:
Pay Range: $20hr - $25hr
Responsibilities:
Webcast and AV Support: Run corporate webcasts and provide expert support for UC technologies including Webex, Microsoft Teams, and Cisco video conferencing. Telecom Project Support: Assist UC engineers with Telecom projects, perform statistical analysis, analyze datasets, and generate comprehensive reports. Meeting Organization: Plan, execute, and track multiple meetings, ensuring seamless coordination and execution. Virtual Event Technology: Stay up-to-date with the latest virtual event technologies and trends. Liaison Role: Act as a liaison between facilities and the booking team to ensure smooth operations. Webcast Production Coordination: Schedule, book, plan events, conduct dry-runs, and manage pre-production and post-production activities. Stakeholder Meetings: Attend meetings with stakeholders to identify issues and make recommendations for improvements. Technical Skills:
Meeting Platforms: Proficient in supporting meeting platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Webex, Zoom, etc. Event Platforms: Experienced with event platforms such as Microsoft Teams Live Event, Microsoft Stream, Webex Event Centre, vMix, Pearl 2, IBM (Upstream), WebEx Events, OBS, and video editing programs like Adobe Premiere Pro. Conference Room AV Support: Provide expert support for conference room AV, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly and effectively. V Equipment Management: Install, configure, and maintain AV equipment in various AV spaces, ensuring optimal performance and functionality. Cisco Video Conferencing: Demonstrate proficiency in working with and supporting Cisco video conferencing equipment for seamless and high-quality experiences. Poly Phones: Familiarity with Poly phones and their setup within conference rooms for efficient and clear communication. Microsoft Teams Meetings: Assist in troubleshooting Microsoft Teams Meetings, offering guidance and solutions for successful virtual collaborations. System Checks: Conduct regular inspections and system checks in conference rooms to maintain the health and functionality of AV and network equipment. IT AV Support: Deliver IT AV support for large group meetings and events, ensuring smooth operation and technical assistance as needed. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of AV equipment inventory, configurations, and maintenance activities.
