way customers shop for groceries and transform Amazon into a grocery shopping
destination. We are hiring for a Principal Product Manager to help lead the product vision,
strategy, and roadmap for Amazon’s fast-growing online Grocery business. This role will lead
the strategic charter and corresponding customer experience for our repeat customers. This
roles’ scope spans entire customer lifecycle, including graduating first-time trialists into a
settled state as well as making it easier for our settled customers to complete routine

You will work very closely with senior business, product, design, research, finance, and
engineering stakeholders. You will navigate complex tradeoffs between multiple
stakeholders across organizations and be responsible for high-judgement decisions. A
successful candidate is expected to be a strategic leader with strong product acumen that has
a strong technical foundation. They will possess strong verbal and written communication
skills, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
